The Municipal Park Monday and its main attraction – approximately 40 m (130 ft) tall and 120 m (390 ft) wide waterfall named Saltos del Monday – are located in the Presidente Franco District, Alto Paraná Department, Paraguay, located around 25°33'40.6"S latitude and 54°38'00.1"W longitude, occupying an area of 4 acres (16,000 m2).
Very scerenic and relaxing waterfall which you can take elevator to the base, or grab a bite at the restaurant
The waterfalls are beautiful. However, it’s a shame how they disrespectfully destroyed this pearl of nature with random concrete structures. But the guests don’t seem to mind. The entrance fee is $10 for foreigners.
Spectacular place. Definitely worth the detour from Iguazu Falls to see them. Not as huge, but also impressive and with the park almost completely empty. Great photo opportunities.
Not far from the more famous Iguazu's falls this waterfall is itself a wonder. A very powerful jump of water that you can nearly touch. It is just one of the hidden gems of Paraguay that are little known to the majority of travelers. You have to pay a cheap ticket to park you car and get into the park but it is really worth it
The Waterfall is very beautiful. The park is small, but worth a visit. It costs $8 (dollars) for foreigns and $6 for Mercosul people and it is untill 17h open. :)
Such a beautiful place, you can enjoy a meal or a drink near the waterfall and can go down with a elevator...The food is good..
